Dimitris Androulakis is a Project Leader in the Athens office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice and has a particular expertise in Operations function, having led multiple Lean and Procurement efforts. Recent case work has focused on major transformation work in big Industrial conglomerates and shipping companies in Greece and abroad.

Prior to joining BCG, Dimitris worked as an analyst for an Investment Banking boutique in Greece & the USA, as a consultant at a Greek Management Consultancy, and in the Operations department of a US import/export company.

Dimitris holds a M.Sc. in Operations Research from Columbia University - New York City and a M.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens
