Nicholas Christodoulou
Nicholas Christodoulou is the CEO of CHB GROUP (Christodoulou Bros S.A. & Vitom S.A.), the biggest fruit processing group in Greece. Within first two years at this position, he reduced the debt by at least 70% and increased sales by about the same amount. In 2004, the acquisition of VITOM S.A. was announced. In 2011, collaborated with CONEX S.A, to become a well-established processing and canning group in its industry in Greece. In 2015, he visualized and achieved an investment in a new fruit processing and canning unit in only few months. Revenues have increased six times within twelve years, while profitability, new products, new markets and employment have increased multiple times as well. Prior to becoming CEO, he had served as Technical Manager and Field Engineer at Christodoulou Bros S.A.
He holds a Diploma in Innovation Design and Strategy (IDEAS) from The Open University (UK), BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering by UMIST (The University of Manchester) & The Open University. He also completed the General Management Program at the Harvard Business School.
