Dr. Lambis Tassakos is a high-tech entrepreneur in Germany. He was born in Athens and is a Physics graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD (summa cum laude) from the Mechanical Engineering Department of RWTH Aachen, Germany.

He has worked for nine years for the European Supercomputing manufacturer Parsytec, Aachen, in various management positions supporting supercomputing applications in European Scientific Centres and innovative industrial applications.

In 1997 he founded his own company inos to build advanced robotic systems with sensitive perception serving as Chairman and CEO. He sold the inos group in 2012, at this time based in Stuttgart, Athens, Detroit and Tokyo. He is currently building a new high tech group.

He has served as consultant for the European Commission and the German Government, was member of the Alumni Board of Sankt Galen Business School and is member of the German Hellenic Business Association (DHW).
